Nai-Bishan was the capital of Hyneria and the seat of power of the Hynerian Empire during the reign of Dominar Bishan. It was undoubtedly renamed after Bishan had usurped power from his cousin Dominar Rygel XVI and contained a number of locations, such as street names, that were also named after Bishan.
