Samuru Kyokujitsu (きょくじつ さむる, Kyokujitsu Samuru) is a genin level shinobi, hailing from Getsugakure (Village Hidden under the Moon), who’s family has lived there from the first shinobi war onwards. He was born approx. two years after the fourth shinobi world war had started.
