New High Charity was the capital of the New Covenant of Peace. It was the location of the signing of the Second Writ of Union and later the signing of the Second Ratification Parley. It was larger than the original High Charity and was able to hold most of the aliens affiliated with the New Covenant of Peace. It was the home of the Prophet of Remorse, the Prophet of Wrath, and the Prophet of Revenge.
