The Outriders are a collection of scouts and rangers in service to Polisberg. They patrol the area beyond the Westwatch, seeking and destroying monster lairs. Their efforts focus on the Silk Road primarily, and the immediate vicinity of the road is safer than the Durgan Hills or the Knotten Downs to the south. The Outriders maintain a small safe house at Kirkengard, but the ruined fortress is not their headquarters.
