The Emergencies Act, passed in Febuary 1933, opressed the Communists and punished those responsible for the fire at the Senatorial Palace. The act was liberal Chancellor's Harled von Papin's only show of violence. The Emperor of Germania executed the act with the fiercest revenge. It is dull in effect but is still a de facto law of punishment.
