Yammosk Action was the attempt by the Wild Knights to capture a yammosk for study by Danni Quee in 27 ABY during the Yuuzhan Vong War. They made attempts at the Assault on Arkania and Battle of Talfaglio. Eventually, Luke Skywalker managed to capture one at the Battle of the Black Bantha with a boarding harpoon. It resulted in the development of the gravitic amplitude modulator.
