Bom Arbles is a former Retrieval Officer, who died after core-diving. He is mentioned during The Arctic Incident. Arbles is one of the suspects that Foaly's computer brings up, along with Briar Cudgeon, as one of the possible fairies who could be involved in the under-the-world rebellions. Foaly automatically scratches him off because he is dead.
