The Assassins' Guild is situated between Oak Tree Yard and Plains Yard on an alley running parallel to the Street of Knives in Port Blacksand's Temple District in a small workshop of a leather tanner. This is a front, however, for the secret headquarters of the guild of assassins, or "Brotherhood of the Knife". In two underground levels are chambers where this offshoot of the Thieves' Guild make their plans. This guild recruits most of its members from the Thieves' Guild and some from the City Guard. The members of this guild do their utmost to maintain anonymity and as a result are often members of other guilds. The Brotherhood is lead by a circle of four Guildmasters known only by a numbered title. It is said that the heads of the guild meet every Highday in the back room of The Silver C
