Madame Ozera was a Tarot Card fortune teller who sold her soul to the Devil for the ability to actually predict the future. She was killed when the local villagers hung her from a tree for consorting with the Devil. Sam goes to test her to make sure she is the soul they are after. When multiple cards are turned showing "The Devil" card, she is able to guess that Sam is the Devil's bounty hunter, she used the power of the Hanged Man Tarot card to tie an invisible rope around his neck. She is captured when Sock who is hyped up on adrenaline from kissing a Succubus is able to throw the vessel which is a baseball a great distance going through Madame Ozera's rear windshield. Sock at the time was also carrying Sam on his shoulders so the power from the Hanged Man card did would not kill Sam.
