Oswel was a Tortallan commoner who lived during the 5th century HE. He was displaced from his home during the beginning of the Scanran War, and was sent to the refugee camp Haven, which was commanded by Keladry of Mindelan. He brewed illegal mead and started fights when drunk. He died during the second attack of Haven in June of 460.
