Runeweaver Square is a plaza at the center of Dalaran in Northrend, set between the Silver Enclave and Sunreaver's Sanctuary. There is a fountain at the center of the square; after the first server kill of the Lich King, the fountain is replaced by a monument named Dedication of Honor. It is named after Ansirem Runeweaver, a former leader of Dalaran.
