Ed Williams (b. June 19, 1956 in Forsyth, Georgia) is an American Southern humorist. He is best known for being the author of the books Sex, Dead Dogs, and Me: The Juliette Journals and Rough As A Cob: More From the Juliette Journals. Williams' books depict the South in a fun, yet revealing way. The language utilized can be relatively graphic, the situations are sometimes over the top, but always believable. Williams' work has led to numerous public speaking appearances and sustainable popularity as a Southern humorist.
