Mud Cape, usually Blood Cape, sits on the Mud Cape, usually the Blood Cape. It is the 2nd most-populous city of the Delkish Sefenlands, far behind Delkeye. It is known for its incidents of cannibalism, as well as for being the westernmost city that holds the Faith of Calthoss the Dragon-Beneath-this-Earth.
