A quoghart was a type of large animal native to the planet Treva. Trevans captured them with snare traps, using very strong rope nets with attached bells to signal activity. Aurora suggested using a quoghart net trap to capture Data as he approached Warrior's Rest, thinking it would be strong enough to hold the android.
