Cuzco(VEM142) was born in the Elveera Mob on February 2, 2009. His mother was dominant female Chibuku Scud, and his father is unknown, probably a rover. His litter-mates were Kumba(VE?140) and Chil Sung(VEM141). They were the last litter born in the group. By August 2009 tuberculosis had killed off most of the Elveera members. His mother died and the mob was lost. He may have died of TB or split away in a splinter group. It is unknown what happen to him. Cuzco was Last Seen in August 2009.
