Colin Edwynn had a recurring role on Coronation Street between 1965 and 1972, playing PC Jimmie Conway. He also played a policeman in the Street spin-off Pardon the Expression in 1966. He returned to the Street in 1984 as Bernie Fisher. His other credits include Minder, Bergerac and Emmerdale Farm.
