The Bottle Ship P.A. Announcer is a feminine voice used for the BOTTLE SHIP's public address system which is often heard in Elevators. The voice sounds very unfeeling and matter of fact, and coupled with unnatural pauses in her speech suggests the voice is artificial and computer-generated rather than pre-recorded. It's unknown whether this computer is related to MB or whether the BOTTLE SHIP had another, less advanced computer or AI. The Announcer is voiced by NOA's Leslie Swan.
