The Emperor's Reach, also known as the Emperor's power base, was a group of individuals and organizations based on Ziost that existed to serve the will of the Emperor of the Sith Empire in any way he desired. It was composed of the Emperor's Hand, the Emperor's Voice, the Emperor's Eye, the Emperor's Wrath, the Imperial Guard and the Emperor's current apprentice.
