Scarsnout is a lonely wyvern, occupying the air above the former Chicago Containment Zone aka Bug City, flying high in the sky and hunting vor various prey which could be anything from devil rats to wild dogs, deer, larger fishes, various paracritters and even unfortunate metahumans. It's yet unknown, if the dracoform is male or female. The locals refer Scarsnout to look very similar to the deceased Great Dragon and former UCAS President Dunkelzahn, except the remarkabel scars in his face.
