Alan Charles Keating (August 13, 3500 - December 24, 3598) was a Rutanian politician who served as the Governor of Delvar Province. Keating had served 8 years in the Parliament, representing Delvar's 19th congressional district and being a vocal voice on the education committee given his background in education. Keating's rise to the governorship was surprising as many analysts did not expect him to win his party's primary race, let alone the general election given his youth and inexperience in politics.
