Kyle Ross was a Medical Examiner and a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy who performed the autopsy on Captain Parker Wayne two days after the Captain had died. In addition to that, Ross along with Sean Oliver was involved in an illegal chop shop concerning human body parts. Ross was eventually exposed as the killer when it was shown that he handled the scalpel with his left hand, confirming Donald Mallard and Leroy Jethro Gibbs's theory that the one responsible for cutting up the bodies was left-handed.
