The St Mungo's Admissions Department is, presumably, a department of St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries that records the patients who gave entry on the Hospital and their respective injuries or illnesses. It is also presumably where specialist Healers from various medical departments go to look for new cases when their more 'every-day' duties is done.
