Fish-Eye makes a doppleganger of Pegasus to wreck chaos all over the city. This tarnishes the real Pegasus' reputation but when trouble brews, Fish-Eye ignores Sailors' Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus as she considers them weaklings and insignificant to finish off. With the faith and trust of the four Inner Soldiers', Pegasus grants them newer transformation items and even stronger powers and elemental attacks, allowing them to evolve into their own Super Sailor forms.
