According to his report, the prisoner has become completely isolative, refusing food, drink and doesn't even look anyone in the eye. Riker says that all belligerents are the same: sociopathic killers who just hate the world. He dismisses this, since he has better things to do with his time. He contacts Starfleet Command and informs them that he has captured Edward Shield.
