The Mochana shoot was a delicacy from Yudoo, in the Delta Quadrant. The entire economy of the Yudoo people depends on this plant. Unfortunately, the plant is very often guarded by the fierce ailurus lizard. Over a hundred thousand Yudoo are killed yearly in the harvest.
