The Battle of Corellia was a five-year long campaign waged by the New Sith Imperium to conquer Corellia. Though the Sith were met with considerable resistance from a group of rebel Corellians, the planet fell to the Empire in 1,020 ABY. The fall of Corellia was a catalyst for the remainder of the Core Worlds to swear allegiance to the Empire.
