Travis Long, when said Lt. insisted on Fenton Locatelli doing his work. Holding the rank of Admiral, he was responsible for subverting the Axelrod Corporation's attempt to take over the Manticore System and the Manticore Wormhole Junction in the 16th Century PD. He defeated the Volsung Mercenaries in the 1543 PD Battle of Manticore, giving the RMN one of its first great victories in space combat. (HHA6.2: ACTA)
