W.T. Grant 4044; ca. 1930s; Child's Pantee Dress The dress is full and has a double ruffle sleeve on a yoke and the rest of the dress is gathered and full. The dress neckline has fabric binding and it ties in the front. Also includes panties to go along with. This is an unprinted pattern. Instructions are printed on the envelope. 1930s. NRA Symbol which dates it to 1933 to 1935. Also listed as a New York pattern on the envelope.
