Lowbacca, a name meaning "dutiful friend" in Shyriiwook or "Lowie" was a male Wookiee Jedi Knight who served the Jedi Order during the Golden Age of the Jedi. He was the nephew of famed Wookiee pilot Chewbacca and was considered one of the most able Jedi of his class. Lowbacca would go on to achieve many honorary titles and finally bring peace to the Trandoshan-Wookiee conflict which had plagued their homesystem for generations.
