Jeffrey Vincent Wagner (born June 25, 1965), also known as Jeff Wagner or The Lord of Shred, is an American musician who is best known as the lead guitarist for Florida-based death metal band Encephalitic Punishment as well as occasional backing vocalist for the band when they perform live. He has appeared on every Encephalitic Punishment release since 1989, the only other member to do so being drummer Jayson Nielmar. He is also responsible for writing some of the band's most popular songs, including "Pegasus Blood" and "The Rise of Decay".
