A strange black candle is a low-end light source, having a duration of 10 tics. It is needed to spawn the shadow knight smob off the Tar Valon Road north of Caemlyn. Only one candle will spawn per reboot unless the sarcophagus is destroyed. The sarcophagus is reported to require one practice of pick to open.
