Crow McGonnigal, known as 394K according to his inmate number, was a prisoner in the notorious Zordoom Prison complex on planet Viceron. During time in prison, he was sent to solitary confinement around the same time Ratchet and Clank were attempting to jailbreak Talwyn Apogee from the prison.
