There are rumours within Light's Reach that suggest that the Hall of Healing may soon split from the Imperial Tribunal and establish itself as an independent Imperial organization. Though this remains a generally unfounded rumour at this point, such whispering claims that this as-yet unnamed organization will concentrate on providing healing services for the larger Townships and the Imperial Watch, as well as assuming control over the numerous near-abandoned Shrines and Temples that were left behind in the wake of the collapse of the Church of True Light.
