Rocky is a major antagonist of both the Game Freak and HACKED series, making his debut in Game Freak: HAX and the Textured Hero. Rocky is the final Rockragon: a reptilian creature with a rocky shell covering their torso. He is often seen as one of HAX's allies, meaning he is a boss faced by Jake and his many friends.
