The Fleet Admiral is the highest rank in the Woogia Star Navy. There are currently 5 Fleet Admirals, two are in administrative positions on Woogian III, Admiral Takoma Bèlee and Admiral Avery Johnson; Admiral Toshirou Watanabe, Admiral Jan Keyes, and Admiral Delia Templar command their respective fleets patrolling the Antheon Sector.
