Angel has the same facial structure as Nicole Thompson from Pleasantview. As far as personality, she is very outgoing, quite nice, and somewhat playful. But Angel is very sloppy and lazy. She is mostly interested in Culture, Fashion, and Work. Unusually for a pre-made tourist, Angel has pre-set relationships with all the pre-made Ninjas from Exotic Destinations. What makes it even more unusual is that ninjas can not be interacted with in normal gameplay.
