Beit Dagan (Hebrew: בֵּית דָּגָן) is a town (local council) in the Center District of Israel, bordering Rishon LeZion. It was founded in 1948 at the site of the Arab village Bayt Dajan by Yemenite and North African immigrants. It was declared a local council in 1958. According to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), its end of 2007 population was 6,000.
