Hervor is a retarded Dwarf in charge of looking after the steam-engine in the Shrouded Hills temple. He is not particularly smart, but takes great joy in taking care of the steam-engine which he describes as his "friend". He is very affectionate, even to strangers, and highly protective of his steam-engine.
