Kirk appeared yet again and was mind controlled by The Penguin (using radio wave signals) into framing Batman making appear as a public threat. Batman eventualy stopped Man-Bat and removed his mindcontrol. However, Batman could not stop Man-Bat from taking revenge and Man-Bat killed Penguin. He is played by Peter MacNicol.
