The Goblin King is the ruler of the Spirit World and the stern father of Fairy Princess Willow. He is a terrifying king, but that doesn't mean he never has compassion for his daughter. He is manipulated by the villain, Krudsky, to help him get his magic back but learns of his treachery in the end. The Goblin King reprimands and punished Willow for her disobedience before admitting he's glad to have her back. Then, he brokers peace between the human nad spirit worlds and imprisons Krudsky for his crimes.
