The horizontal length of this weapon is only half that of the original, allowing Gatz to fire multiple times at a faster rate since only one tornado can be on the shot at once. The charged version of Storm Tornado functions slightly differently from Double Cyclone charged verison. Instead of a large tornado surrounding Gatz upon releasing the jutsu , he will instead fire a projectile for a short distance that forms a large tornado when it lands on solid ground, allowing a longer-range attack. This attack can be used for both offensive and defensive manuevers but it is more useful for offensive endeavors.
