Then, Tinky Winky can't get to sleep, so Dipsy helps him by singing him a lullaby. That made Tinky Winky, along with Laa Laa and Po, go to sleep. Clever Dipsy. After all that singing, Dipsy was feeling tired, so he went to sleep before Tubby Bye-Bye.
