By 2377, the Juno was under the command of Captain Jill Leeden. The Juno was assigned to recover the bodies from the derelict starships at the Rashanar Battle Site from the Dominion War. Their somber mission to recover the bodies were often hampered by privateers from numerous races trying to steal from the wreckages, and the crew of the Juno soon named the battle site "the boneyard".
