For the very first time, there was a Folk and Ethnic spinoff which was hosted in Xhanostanianë Stadium which is located in the beautiful Capital of Xhanostania, Setovia. NSC countries sent songs that falled into the folk ethnic genre. The first Nation Song Contest - Folk & Ethnic 1 Spinoff was won by the host of the Spinoff, Xhanostania with "Naranča" by Putokazi.
