Using her ice making abilities, Tsumetai creates an exceptionally large serpent to attack the opponent with. The serpent then grabs the opponent and brings them high of the ground. However, upon contact with the serpent, the part of the body contacted will start to freeze over, becoming more and more frozen as contact persists, until the body itself is completely frozen. The serpent then drops the frozen opponent to the ground, hence the name falling ice.
