Diego Alcazar was a fictional character on the popular ABC soap opera General Hospital. He was the son of the late, mob boss, Lorenzo Alcazar and Maria Sanchez. He was portrayed by Ignacio Serricchio from 2004 to 2008. He was later revealed to be the Text Message Killer, who terrorized Port Charles in late 2007 and early 2008.
