William Jarvin (also sometimes referred to as Marquay) was a male human in the late 24th century. Jarvin was associated with the Maquis, but became a crewmember of the USS Voyager after being transported to the Delta Quadrant along with the rest of Chakotay's resistance cell. (CCG set: Captain's Log, card: "Marquay"; VOY episodes: "Caretaker", "Parallax", "The 37's") In the year 2370, Jarvin joined the Maquis when his homeworld, Rahwe Prime, along the Federation-Cardassian border, fell under Cardassian control.
