2928 Airline Promotional Set was a City Airport Promotional set released in 2006. It contains a small airplane, which can hold a pilot, and a mechanic with his tools. It also contains a small building, which has a wind sock, fuel tank and a tool holder for the tools. The set was released in ANA during 2008.
