The Great Festal (大祭 Taisai, lit. Grand Festival) is a Rod that is introduced in Fire Emblem Fates. A Rod that is designed to reflect the grandeur and sophistication of a large-scale festival, the Grand Festal, like its Staff counterpart, Fortify, is able to replenish the HP of all allies located within range. Unlike the Fortify staff, however, the Grand Festal has reduced potency to compensate for its increased range.
