Hotaru Miyagi is one of the youngest members of The Brotherhood and a legendary puppeteer from Iwagakure. Miyagi defected from his village after an irreconcilable argument with the Tsuchikage's team of advisors over his increasingly renegade methods and his own ambitions to further his powers without having to answer anybody. Thus as a 19 year old, he left the village and was recruited by the Brotherhood, where his skills helped the organisation boost its combined power.
